McDonald's in Muellheim

For a long time I wanted to eat something from mc Donald again, we were the only ones and still the food was ice cold. 4 pieces were missing in the pack of nuggets it is simply a disaster you pay full price and get cold food and only half of what you should get Ms. Stumpen should simply be ashamed of her staff

A typical McDonald's, due to Covid-19 restrictions I ordered ahead with the app. Arrived but was told it doesn't work, so had to repeat order manually and discard the order in the app. That worked but was just a little inconvenience.

Very dirty, rude staff. Half of the order is missing every time!

Biggest filth shop! You never get napkins when you order in the MCDrive, coupons not redeemable, everything seems to be sold out. Unfriendly staff

Mcdrive simply misses something in the order every time, but you pay for it! And you just don't want to complain anymore soooo laborious ... actually you should try harder now because the conditions are different because only mcdrive is open, it's a shame, cold fries burgers are usually cold, the main thing is that you are quickly at the counter away ow man??

Non-German speaking waitresses forget half of the order, do not know what the German word for sauce or "without tomatoes" is and turn away when you stand in front of the cash register and want to complain. Inferior service!

Was high af and kicked the food and the place was just closed. Had to eat from the trash can with those. A real scandal.

I will never come back here again. This constant change of staff and then at peak times new ones are assigned. I ordered 2 MC menus including a junior bag. The MC menus lacked the chic and both completely the fries. This is underground and must not happen. This is more than annoying when you take a take away order, because the rest of the food gets cold and tastes like puke

Is like always. Should only adhere to the opening times as stated. Should be open until 1 a.m. today, but were asked out quite unfriendly at 11 p.m.

Friendliness probably unknown. If you don't feel like working, why not just stay at home? Sorry, dear employed but you work in the catering industry, something friendliness doesn't hurt. It was a pity that this time it was not a pleasant stay at McDonalds

WORST MCDONALD‘S EVER. If I could rate this McDonald’s less than 1 star, I would without a doubt. Unfriendly and impolite staff, orders were completely wrong and it was cold. Even though we ordered by drive-through, we’d expect much better. Thank god I don’t live here because this was terrible.

Incompetent and immature staff. Command error. We make a complaint about a sandwich with a lack of sauce ... They remake it for you with a ton of sauce. And when you go to claim again, the whole team laughs ... Not a pro at all !!!

As always with Mc you know in advance where you stand. You like it or not and the quality is always guaranteed.

Yeah, okay. There is a machine for ordering at the entrance. There seems to be a corona hygiene concept but the restaurant doesn't seem to take it really seriously ...

Very, very bad service and unfriendly staff. Every time something is missing from the order, although it is on the invoice. You should think about changing your staff.

The staff spoke very, very, very bad German. Sometimes communication is not possible. This is the third time in a row that I've received the wrong one. Something was forgotten beforehand. This McDonald's is absolutely NOT recommended.

How can you mess up so much with a Mc Donald... Good evening, can I have the free glass you are advertising all around the shop please? No no more glass. Ok fair enough that can happen, what do you do to compensate? Coffee, extra toy for kids? No glass means no glass...! Ok thanks for your hospitality! A smile? No too much... Sauces? Forgotten... Drinks? No free glass but still you have the cardboard ones! Yes we forgot the drinks... Fine can happen, whoa! Don’t stretch for a sorry or anything miserable encounter! Two premium burgers... you expect to get them in a little handy bag to keep it all together! Well no... here we can’t be bothered we just throw all ingredients in the box over the neatly folded bag and close it... Thanks! Never seen anything like it in a Mc Donald... get a grip of this place it can’t be that hard to get at least one thing right! Learn to smile when you have a second!
